藝術總監
黃國忠先生是香港著名的默劇人、木偶師及玻璃藝術家。
黃先生自一九七九年開始便積極參予劇藝活動。八三年起,隨霍達昭先生學習默劇,八八年成立默寄默劇團。
在此數年間,他先後隨狄士文.鐘斯、約翰.威特、大衛格拉斯、琵得.莉莉、英國MTP默劇團、贊美臣、馬域柏加等學習默劇、面具、小丑及木偶戲。
創作有:第一屆形體戲劇節形體默劇“想飛的小孩”,木偶劇“神奇小盒子”,巡迴演出“您好!”,及為香港聾劇團及默寄默劇團編導視覺戲劇“失竊的靈魂”等。
黃先生除表演外,先後任教於理工大學、香港藝術中心、香港中文大學校外進修學院、香港城市大學專業進修學院、香港視覺藝術中心及香港藝術館等。
Art Director
Mr. Wong Kwok Chung is a famous mime, puppeteer and glass artist in Hong Kong.
Mr. Wong has been actively participating in theater arts activities since 1979. Starting in 1983, he studied mime with Mr. Philips Fok,
and in 1988 he established the Mime Touch Theatre.
During these years, he successively studied mime, mask, clowning and puppetry with
Desmond Jones, John Wright, David Glass, Peter Lily, MTP Mime Company, Nigel Jamieson and Marvi Parker.
Creations include: the physical mime "The Kid Who Wants to Fly" at the First Physical Theater Festival,
the puppet show "The Magic Box", the touring show “CAVA”,
and the visual drama “Theft of the Spirit” written and directed for Hong Kong Deaf Theatre and Mime Touch Theatre.
In addition to performing, Mr. Wong has taught at the Polytechnic University, The Hong Kong Arts Centre,
the School of Continuing Education at the Chinese University of Hong Kong,
the School of Professional and Continuing Education at the City University of Hong Kong,
the Hong Kong Visual Arts Centre and the Hong Kong Museum of Art.
